Three weeks out, but this week wasn't about me.
In Leeds supporting my friends and coach with their races, then over to Tallinn supporting Chiara with her first 70.3, getting my own training in wherever it fit around it.
Three weeks to go, and I'll be on a start line myself.
Four weeks out - a run club 30km, making friends with Highland cows, helping Chiara prep for Tallinn, and a trip back to the UK to watch friends and my coach race Ironman Leeds.

Five weeks out - a quieter week: boats instead of bikes for Chiara's birthday, a half marathon, a leg-destroying power session, and a long ride together to finish.

Six weeks out - a rough one mentally and a deload physically, but LT2 blocks in the heat held strong and an easy-paced swim TT went well. Halfway there.
