One week out now, and it's finally time to taper.
I've still been chipping away right up until now - rides indoors and out, runs indoors and out when the weather's held, getting the swims in too.
But now it's rest, sorting the rest of the logistics, and a lot of packing.
By the time this goes up, I'll probably - hopefully - be on a plane to Tokyo.
From there it's on to the race venue in Hokkaido, getting everything sorted, and settling in for race week.
It's almost time.
